1. Who we are

LALANDIO (“we”, “us”) is operated by CreatifyHer LLC. Contact: hello@quest.app. By creating an account or buying a quest you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Game Rules.

2. What LALANDIO is

LALANDIO is a travel planner and location game. We build a day-by-day route from places we have checked, and you collect digital cards by visiting them. LALANDIO is entertainment and planning help – not a travel agency, tour operator or guide. We do not sell or operate transport, tickets, tours or accommodation.

3. Account

You must be at least 16 years old (or have a parent’s permission). One account per person. Keep your login private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Your display name must not be offensive or impersonate anyone – we may change or remove it.

4. Free preview and paid quest

For free you get the outline of your whole route, day 1 in full and the welcome card. Unlocking the full quest (Solo, Couple or Group package) gives you the full route details for your trip, card catching on every day, riddles, ranking and the other paid features described at purchase. Prices are shown before you pay and include taxes where required.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which may act as the seller of record for your purchase. Their terms for the payment also apply.

5. No refunds – please read

The full quest is digital content that is delivered immediately: as soon as you unlock it, the complete route and all its details become visible to you. Because of this, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you live in the EU, UK or another country with a right of withdrawal, you will be asked at checkout to agree that delivery starts immediately and that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. Without that consent we cannot unlock the quest.

This does not affect your legal rights if the quest is not delivered or does not work as described – write to hello@quest.app and we will fix it or, if we cannot, find a fair solution.

6. Confirming and changing your plan

Your first route is a draft: you can change your answers and rebuild it as often as you like. When you are happy, you confirm it. After confirmation you can change your plan (dates, airports, places, nights or other answers) once for free. After that change, places and dates are locked and cannot be changed again. Swapping, reordering or adding activities inside a day (for example because of rain) is always free. A quest is valid for one trip and is not transferable.

7. Groups and couples

The organiser buys the package for the number of players chosen and shares an invite link. Each player gets their own account. Players must use the same dates; someone who joins with different dates needs their own Solo quest.

8. Your safety comes first

Opening hours, prices and availability can change. They can differ by season, public and religious holidays, festivals, the rainy season, weather and sea conditions, or simply change without notice. A place may be closed, busier, more expensive or work differently than shown in LALANDIO. We check our information regularly, but we are not responsible for such differences, closures or price changes – always check with the place or the operator before you go.

Information about places (opening hours, prices, dress codes, transport, seasons) is checked by us but can change without notice. Always check locally, follow official rules and signs, respect temples and local customs, and never enter closed, private or dangerous areas to catch a card. Do not play while driving or riding. Scooters: only with a valid licence and a helmet. You travel at your own risk.

9. Partner links

Some links (for example 12Go, Klook, Booking) are affiliate links – we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Bookings are contracts between you and that partner; their terms apply and we are not responsible for their services.

10. Fair play

Faking your location, using bots, sharing accounts or exploiting bugs is not allowed. We may remove points or cards, hide you from the ranking or close the account. Cards, points and badges have no money value and cannot be sold or exchanged.

11. Our content

Creatures, cards, texts, routes and design belong to CreatifyHer LLC. You may share screenshots and your Wrapped for personal, non-commercial use.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, missed connections, closed attractions, weather, or decisions you make based on the route. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the quest. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes and ending

We may update the app and these Terms; important changes will be announced in the app. You can delete your account at any time by writing to hello@quest.app.

14. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where CreatifyHer LLC is registered, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
